OC Reference: Pandah-chan

I think everyone knows where this character comes from.
For those who still don't know Pandah-chan is the personification of KawaiiPandah.

Pandah-chan loves drawing anything that catches her attention and spends most of her day sketching. Nobody has seen her outside of Deviantart but it is rumored she attends an art college and likes going to local anime events once in a while. Her true form is a rare creature called 'Onigiri Pandah'
